Olena Frankovskaya’s primary missions on her position of the Favorit Capital Director are increasing accessibility of consumer lending and improving loan conditions for the borrowers. Ms. Frankovskaya devoted over 12 years to the banking sector of Ukraine, working as a Vice-President of Nadra Bank, where she was managing the day-to-day work of over 650 Kyiv specialists.

 

Prior to Nadra Bank, Ms. Frankovskaya worked for Legbank on a position of the Head of Funding Operations Department and was responsible for emission and funding activity of the bank. She holds Master of Finance degree (summa com laude) and MBA  degree from Kyiv National Economic University.
