Peter Wilson Member of the Supervisory Board, Audit and Compliance Committee Member, Compensation Committee Member
Mr. Wilson joined Warburg Pincus in 2005 and focuses on the firm’s European later-stage and leveraged investment activities together with financial services investments. Previously, Mr. Wilson spent nine years at Electra Partners where he was a founder director of the Electra European Fund. He also worked as a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. Mr. Wilson graduated from Oxford University and received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
