Auditors

Since 2006, IMB Group has been preparing its accounts in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”). Following an auditor selection process in 2006, Deloitte & Touche Audit was appointed as IMB Group’s independently registered public accounting firm to audit both the Group’s consolidated financial statements and International Mortgage Bank’s financial statements. A separate audit is not performed for Favorit Kapital due to its operations as an agent network only. Rather, Favorit Kapital’s results are consolidated for shareholders/investors at the group level.

 

Since 2005, International Mortgage Bank has been preparing its accounts in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”). As stated above, International Mortgage Bank uses Deloitte & Touche as their registered public accounting firm. For local Ukrainian accounting purposes, International Mortgage Bank engages the accounting firm APIC.
